Refunds, reprints and redraws
If a printed book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we reprint or refund it. If the likeness is not right, tell us what to change and we will redraw the book rather than argue about it.
How quickly we reply
Every message is read by a person, usually the one who built this. Replies normally go out within a working day, and faster if an order is in production and something needs fixing before it prints.
