How does the comic personalization work?
You answer a few questions about the hero — their job, hobbies, catchphrase — and upload one clear photo. Our AI writes an original story around their real life and draws them as a comic character who actually looks like them. You see the cover and the first page before paying a cent.
Will the character really look like the person?
Yes — the uploaded photo drives the character design across every page. A clear, front-facing photo gives the best likeness, and you can regenerate the cover a few times if the first take is not quite right.
How long does it take?
The cover and first-page preview take about 2 minutes. After checkout the full book is drawn in roughly 10-15 minutes and the digital PDF is available immediately. Printed editions take about 3 weeks door to door: roughly a week in production, then a couple of weeks in the post. Shipping is free to the US, Canada and Australia.
What is in each edition?
Digital ($19.90) is the full comic as a high-resolution PDF. Standard Print ($39.90) is a 20-page saddle-stitched comic plus the PDF. Deluxe Print ($59.90) is 32 pages with 70+ panels, perfect-bound, plus the PDF. Printed editions ship free to the US, Canada and Australia. Additional copies are not self-serve yet — email us after ordering and we will arrange them.
Do I see the whole book before I pay?
You see the front and back cover and the complete first page. The rest of the story stays a surprise until the book is delivered.
What happens to the photo?
The photo is used only to design the character and is never shared. You can request deletion of your data at any time via the Data Deletion page.
I bought a comic but cannot find it - help?
Go to Find my comic, enter the email you used at checkout, and we will email your order links straight back to you. No account needed. For a permanent library, create a free account with that same email and your orders appear automatically.
Something is wrong with my order - what do I do?
Email us from the Contact page with your order number. If a printed book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will reprint or refund it.
